Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Home Automation Programming Engineer to join our team for designing, installing, and maintaining cutting-edge smart home solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, IoT (Internet of Things) technologies, and electrical or electronics engineering. As a Home Automation Engineer, you will work closely with clients to create customized solutions, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement smart home solutions, including lighting, HVAC, security, audio-visual systems, and energy management. Program, configure, and troubleshoot home automation systems such as Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX, or similar platforms. Conduct on-site installations and ensure proper wiring, connections, and functionality of automation devices.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into tailored automation designs. Integrate IoT devices and ensure compatibility across various home automation components. Provide training and demonstrations to clients on system operation and maintenance.

Perform system updates, upgrades, and maintenance as needed to keep systems running efficiently. Maintain documentation for project designs, configurations, and technical details. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the home automation industry. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing home automation systems.

Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX, or similar. Strong knowledge of IoT devices, networking, and communication protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Ethernet). Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, or platform-specific languages).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred SkillsCertification in home automation platforms (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer, Control4 Installer). Experience with energy-efficient systems and sustainable home solutions. Knowledge of building codes and electrical standards.
