A Software and web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing,
and debugging software programs and applications. They collaborate with cross-functional
teams to define, design, and ship new features, and they work with various programming
languages, tools, and technologies to achieve these goals. The role requires a strong
problem-solving aptitude and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable
software solutions.

Requirements1. Software Development:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various software applications.

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users,
and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to develop
high-quality software solutions.
2. Coding and Testing:

• Debug, test, and fix errors in applications.

• Write unit tests to validate code functionality.

• Perform code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
3. Design and Architecture:

• Design technical specifications, considering system integration and feasibility.

• Create architectural designs and develop detailed software architecture documents.

• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to
understand the application requirements.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and create new products.

• Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies.
5. Documentation:

• Document code consistently throughout the development process.

• Document development phases and monitor systems.

• Prepare and maintain software documentation, including specifications, user
manuals, and technical documentation.
6. Maintenance and Support:

• Maintain and improve existing software applications.

• Provide technical support to end-users and clients.

• Investigate and resolve application issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
7. Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

• Continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
(Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or
JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and
algorithms.

• Experience with software development tools, IDEs, and version control systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

• Effective communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
