We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accounts Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations, ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data, and support overall accounts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping entries and update financial records.
  • Review and upload all purchase and sales invoices into the accounting system.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding any discrepancies or issues in supplier invoices.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Assist in monitoring financial transactions and maintaining accurate account balances.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Tally and Microsoft Excel.

Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
