Job Purpose:

The Business Manager will support the Regulatory and Control Change Team across a complex global Markets portfolio, ensuring effective management of financials, resources, and governance. Acting as a trusted advisor to Program Stakeholders and Sponsors, the role oversees budget, forecasting, and delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate program me objectives with stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with Finance, IT, and business teams.
  • Maintain senior stakeholder relationships globally and within MSS Transformation.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers and contribute to cross-stream reporting.
  • Apply rigorous program management standards for prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting and manage budgets, costs, and benefits realization.
  • Ensure compliance with global banking standards.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and progress tracking.
  • Lead resource planning, team collaboration, and performance management.
  • Promote Group values, teamwork, and engagement across the program .

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong background in financial and business management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000, ₹3,400,000.00 per year
