Marketing Communications Writer

Techtinium Technologies is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-driven content and communications professional to support our non-profit client in amplifying their mission and deepening engagement with donors and supporters.This role is perfect for someone with a flair for storytelling, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating meaningful content that inspires action. You'll lead the development and execution of donor-focused content across multiple platforms and campaigns—blending strategic thinking with creative expression.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling content for newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and blogs that convey the non-profit's mission and impact.
• Tailor messaging to diverse donor segments including monthly supporters, mid-level donors, and lapsed contributors using Pardot.
• Engage with donors through thoughtful communication—responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to brainstorm, plan, and implement creative fundraising campaigns.
• Write and update donor correspondence, including gift acknowledgments using Microsoft Word and Mail Merge tools
• Analyze communication strategies and bring fresh, creative ideas to improve storytelling, donor engagement, and campaign performance.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution, aligning messaging with the non-profit's fundraising goals and brand voice.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in content writing, communications, or campaign strategy, preferably with non-profits or cause-based marketing.
• Strong creative thinking skills with an ability to transform complex ideas into clear, inspiring content
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with Pardot, Mail Merge, and content tools like Microsoft Word
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities with ease.
