Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven eCommerce Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You'll be responsible for managing marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility, driving sales performance, and collaborating with clients to scale their online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and implement SEO best practices for product visibility.
  • Monitor ad campaigns across platforms and ensure alignment with ROI/ACoS targets.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to integrate insights from Shopper OS & EcomGPT for campaign optimization.
  • Analyze performance reports, generate actionable insights, and present to clients.
  • Work closely with creative and tech teams to ensure product pages, ads, and storefronts are optimized.
  • Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and new ad formats.
  • Contribute to strategy building for scaling eCommerce brands with AdAstraa's AI-driven tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace management, or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or D2C platforms.
  • Experience with PPC campaigns, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a growth-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
