  1. HR Operations & Administration

  2. Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee database management.

  3. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  4. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely submission of MIS reports.

  5. Statutory Compliance

  6. Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory and labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).

  7. Liaise with government departments and external consultants for audits and inspections.
  8. Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.

  9. Industrial Relations

  10. Support cordial employeemanagement relations at the plant.

  11. Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic enquiries.
  12. Participate in union meetings, negotiations, and ensure proactive communication with workforce representatives.

  13. Recruitment & Talent Management

  14. Support manpower planning and timely recruitment for both staff and workmen categories.

  15. Coordinate skill assessment and training programs for employees.
  16. Partner with functional heads to identify talent needs and succession plans.

  17. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  18. Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and recognition activities at the plant.

  19. Handle employee welfare schemes such as canteen, transportation, medical, and housing (if applicable).
  20. Conduct regular employee connect sessions to capture
  21. feedback and improve workplace morale.
    1. Learning & Development
  22. o Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
  23. o Facilitate skill development and statutory training programs.
  24. o Maintain training records as per ISO/IATF and statutory standards.
    1. HR Policy Implementation
  25. o Implement HR policies and procedures at the plant level.
  26. o Ensure discipline, uniform policy adherence, and grievance redressal.
  27. o Provide inputs for continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
  28. For This Role, You will need:
  29. Qualifications & Experience:
  30. o Education: MBA / MSW / PGDHRM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  31. o Experience: 58 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
  32. Knowledge:
  33. o In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  34. o Experience in plant-level HR operations and IR handling.
  35. o Exposure to ISO/IATF documentation (preferred).
  36. Key Competencies:
  37. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  38. o Ability to manage blue-collar workforce effectively.
  39. o Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  40. o Proactive and people-oriented approach.
  41. o Strong integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  42. Work Environment:
  43. o Based at factory/plant location.
  44. o Requires interaction with workers, union representatives, and government officials.
  45. o May involve shift presence or extended working hours during audits or employee events.
