Requirements
  • Extensive experience with React, Microfrontends (MFE), and microservices architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in Jest testing and performance optimization techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Solid understanding of cache management, persona management, and enhancing performance.
  • Guidewire Insurance Suite certification (Associate level) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with serverless functions, API management, and scalable cloud solutions.
Job responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize applications, with a focus on Microfrontends (MFE), performance optimization, cache management, and persona management.Customer is one of the industry leaders offering a platform for property and casualty (P&C) insurance for carriers in the U.S. and worldwide. The position is for a scrum team lead with experience in Guidewire integration.
  • Design and develop microservices, serverless functions, and headless API architectures to improve system efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized, seamless, and personalized user experiences.
  • Implement caching strategies and persona management solutions to enhance application performance and responsiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, ensuring the integration of new tools and practices that foster innovation and technical excellence.
  • As a team, adopt best practices in development and encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and a robust user experience.
