Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Guidewire applications to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions to implement best practices.
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing for Guidewire modules.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues in Guidewire applications during development and production phases.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and documentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 12-16 years of experience in Guidewire development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire modules, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
  • Proficiency in Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Experience with Java programming, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
  • Understanding of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
