Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Architect with expertise in the Telecom and IT domains to lead the design and implementation of automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and drive digital transformation. The role involves architecting end-to-end automation frameworks leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, AI/ML, orchestration, and DevOps practices across telecom networks and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of automation architectures for telecom and IT operations including network management, service provisioning, incident management, and IT workflows.
  • Develop and enforce best practices, architectural standards, and governance models for automation solutions.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate automation tools and platforms such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), orchestration tools (Ansible, Jenkins), and AI/ML frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business units, network teams, IT, and security to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
  • Lead automation pilots, proof of concepts (PoCs), and scale automation solutions across the enterprise.

Required Skills:

  • Design and implement automation frameworks for network operations and service delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate automation with OSS/BSS or ServiceNow platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and workflow orchestration.
