About the Role:

We are seeking an Automation Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide automation strategies. The role focuses on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and enabling digital transformation by leveraging automation technologies across software development, IT operations, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Strategy: Develop and maintain the overall automation roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Solution Design: Architect automation solutions for software development, infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and business processes.
  • Tool & Technology Evaluation: Assess, select, and integrate automation tools and platforms.
  • Implementation Oversight: Lead implementation of automation frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, IT, QA, and business teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable automation patterns.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Ensure automation solutions are efficient, monitored, and continuously improved.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud, RPA, or Automation Tools.
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation, chatbots, and cognitive automation.
  • Strong knowledge of agile, lean, and process improvement methodologies.
