Job Description

  1. Operational Oversight: Managing day-to-day operations of the jewelry store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established procedures.

  2. Sales Management: Setting and achieving sales targets, overseeing sales activities, and implementing strategies to boost revenue.

  3. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

  4. Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards, handling escalated customer concerns, and fostering a customer-centric environment.

  5. Inventory Control: Monitoring and managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring optimal stock availability.

  6. Visual Merchandising: Overseeing the display of jewelry items to attract customers and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the store.

  7. Marketing and Promotions: Implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

  8. Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.

  9. Staff Development: Identifying training needs, conducting performance reviews, and fostering professional development within the team.

  10. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

  11. Security Measures: Implementing security protocols to safeguard jewelry inventory and prevent theft.
