Java Development

  • 5+ years of professional Java development experience with strong OOP principles
  • Proficiency in Java 8 or higher, including lambdas, streams, and modern Java features
  • Experience with Maven or Gradle for build automation and dependency management
  • Strong understanding of multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization in Java

3rd Party SDK Integration

  • Proven track record integrating and working with external SDKs and APIs in Java applications
  • Experience managing complex dependencies and version conflicts
  • Ability to read and understand SDK documentation and implement accordingly
  • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, or other integration patterns

React UI Integration

  • Strong proficiency in React (functional components, hooks, state management)
  • Experience embedding React applications within Java desktop applications
  • Knowledge of Java-JavaScript bridge technologies (JavaFX WebView, JxBrowser, JCEF, or similar)
  • Understanding of bi-directional communication between Java and JavaScript/React
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn)

Architecture & BIM Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of architectural concepts, building design, and construction documentation
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows, model checking, and quality assurance processes
  • Knowledge of IFC schema and how architectural elements are represented in BIM models
  • Understanding of building codes, compliance checking, and validation rules (preferred)

Additional Technical Requirements

  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG) and debugging complex applications
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
