Overview
The Vice President of Sales – Client Experience & Growth is a strategic revenue leader responsible for driving new business acquisition while transforming the organization's end-to-end client experience. This role combines high-impact sales leadership with customer-centric innovation to accelerate growth, strengthen market position, and deliver an exceptional new-client journey from first contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 6-20 + years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven track record in developing high-performing sales organizations and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience designing or improving customer/client experience programs highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to execute across multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive-level presentation abilities.
  • Experience in IT Clients is a plus
  • Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on new business acquisition.
  • Identify and open new market segments, channels, and partnership opportunities.
  • Forecast revenue performance, track KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Client Experience & Engagement

  • Design and implement an elevated client experience tailored to modern buyer expectations.

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to create a seamless, high-value new-client journey.
  • Establish standards for client interaction, communication, and onboarding workflows.
  • Introduce feedback loops, surveys, and client insights to continuously refine the experience.
