What This Role Requires

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResults mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

  • AI/ML: GenAI, LLMs, Text-to-SQL, RAG, Human-in-the-Loop, Variational Autoencoders
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS (Glue, Bedrock, OpenSearch, EKS)
  • Data Engineering: Snowflake, ETL migration, Data Warehousing
  • MLOps: Model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML, pipeline standardization
  • Leadership: Cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, solution design for enterprise environments
  • Analytics: Statistical analysis, manufacturing analytics, process optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise AI solution architecture and deployment
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native AI ecosystems (preferably AWS)
  • Experience with GenAI frameworks and multimodal LLM applications
