Job Summary: We are seeking skilled and motivated Data Scientists with 1-3 years of experience in data science with good domain understanding. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science concepts, proficiency in analytical tools, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, preferable in financial (credit, risk) fields, to drive data-driven decisionmaking. This will be an individual contributor role or lead for a small team (if relevant experience is present.)

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    o Bachelor of Engineering or Masters in Quantitative areas.

  • Experience:

    o 1-3 years of experience in data science and business analytics projects.

    o Proven experience in data handling, analytics with good exposure to statistical

    analysis and machine learning.

  • Technical Skills:

    o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.

    o Knowledge of machine learning algorithms

  • Soft Skills:

    o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
