Job Description:

We are seeking experienced AutoCAD Draftsmen with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to join our team. As an AutoCAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and precise floor plans, working closely with clients to understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed floor plans using AutoCAD

  • Work on client projects, understanding their requirements and delivering high-quality designs

  • Handle client communication, ensuring timely project delivery and meeting client expectations

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in floor plan designing

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of drafting principles

  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English

  • Ability to work independently and handle client relationships effectively

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete 2 trial plans based on our requirements

  • Final selection will be made based on performance in the trial plans and overall fit with our team
