AutoCAD Draughtsman (2D Floor Plan)

Location: Kozhikode (Candidates must be willing to relocate)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Sthaayi Design Lab is hiring a skilled AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our team. The role focuses on preparing precise 2D floor plans, coordinating with clients and project teams, and delivering accurate drawings within deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update detailed 2D floor plans using AutoCAD
  • Communicate effectively with clients in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
  • Address client queries and feedback professionally
  • Ensure all drawings meet project standards and timelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience
  • Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil/Architecture (or related field)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D floor plan experience preferred)
  • Average communication skills in English & Hindi (Malayalam preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Professional attitude and client-handling skills
  • Willing to relocate to Kozhikode
