Job Role: Project Manager - Installation

Job Summary: The Project Manager Installation will be responsible for end-to-end management of installation projects, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. This role involves planning, resource allocation, vendor/partner coordination, on-site supervision, and resolving challenges to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop and manage detailed installation schedules, project plans, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure installations are completed within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Team & Vendor Management
  • Supervise Installation Marshalls, Supervisors, and partner teams.
  • Assign roles, track performance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with contractors/vendors for smooth execution.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the single point of contact between the client and the internal team during installations.
  • Manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure client satisfaction post-installation.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor quality checks at every stage of installation.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation
  • Handle on-ground issues, delays, or escalations effectively.
  • Provide quick solutions while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain records of project status, site reports, and completion certificates.
  • Share regular MIS reports with senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / Project Management / relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in installation, construction, or project management.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills (experience managing blue-collar/partner teams preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools/software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
