Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and growth in the CSC vertical.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase motor insurance penetration through CSCs.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, partner performance, and other key metrics.
  • Handle team of 7 sales manager of CSC Vertical

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in General Insurance industry with expertise in Motor Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of CSC channel management and its potential for growth.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must have minimum 1year team handling exposure along with motor insurance
