Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Investment Recommendations:
Assess clients' financial goals and risk appetite to provide tailored investment solutions.
- Conduct Portfolio reviews for clients taking into consideration current economic scenario, client risk profile and rebalancing portfolio as per asset allocation requirements.
Present and explain Alphabet Investment's products and services, including equities, mutual funds, and portfolio management services, alternate investment funds and multiple opportunities of investing in US$ as well.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand the client base through referrals, networking, and market outreach.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Market Insights and Reporting:
Stay updated on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Provide clients with periodic performance updates and investment advice.
Prepare financial plans for clients to take them to a goal based approach for their investment.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.· On boarding of new funds through acquisition of new preferred HNI / Ultra HNI Clients.
- Preparing MIS and creating relevant reports.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Certifications such as CA, CFA, CFP, or NISM certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in relationship management, investment advisory, or financial services. (preferred)
- Knowledge on Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Structured products will be preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales and client satisfaction targets.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidate must be a team player and work well in a collaborative environment
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint are desirable.
- Proficiency in financial products and investment instruments.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering value and ability to get things done in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to think out-of-the-box
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development and improvement of oneself
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
