Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a KAM B2B (Transport and Logistics Companies) based in Gurugram. The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, performing analytical tasks, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role involves identifying customer needs, building relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry is a plus
