We are looking for a Digital Advertising Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing digital advertising opportunities and coordinating client-related activities. The role involves assisting with sales operations, maintaining lead records, coordinating campaign-related information, and ensuring effective communication between sales, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities of the digital advertising sales team
  • Maintain and update lead, opportunity, and client data in CRM systems
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and campaign documentation
  • Support sales executives with follow-ups and client communication
  • Coordinate with internal advertising and account management teams
  • Act as a point of contact for clients for basic queries and updates
  • Track campaign initiation and ensure smooth handover after sales closure
  • Prepare sales reports and performance tracking summaries
  • Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good coordination and organisational abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or client servicing
  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience in digital advertising, IT services, or marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
  • Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
