What You'll Be Doing

  • Outreach Power: Use cold email, LinkedIn, and calls to find and engage B2B prospects.
  • Qualification: Quickly determine if a prospect is a good fit for Bloombig's services.
  • Book Meetings: Successfully schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
  • Track & Manage: Keep all prospect information accurate and up-to-date in our CRM.
  • Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.

We're Looking For..

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or BDR is a plus, but a hungry, motivated attitude is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you must be professional and persuasive.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing high-volume activity.
  • A self-starter who is reliable, persistent, and goal-oriented.
