Role & responsibilities

  1. System Administration

  2. Manage day-to-day operations of Salesforce orgs including user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.

  3. Maintain data quality through regular data audits, deduplication, and data management processes.

  4. Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations.

  5. Configuration & Automation

  6. Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes.

  7. Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

  8. Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for business teams.

  9. Support & Maintenance

  10. Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce-related issues, enhancements, and support requests.

  11. Conduct regular system checks and manage release updates and sandbox refreshes.

  12. Document system configuration, business processes, and user procedures.

  13. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  14. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.

  15. Partner with developers and architects to implement enhancements or integrations.
  16. Provide user training, create user guides, and promote Salesforce adoption across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud environments.
  • Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Certified Administrator required.

Advanced Administrator or App Builder certifications preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).

Familiarity with integration basics (email-to-case, web-to-lead, connected apps).

Experience with user management, territory management, and case management.

  • Soft Skills: o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Excellent communication and documentation skills. o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams

Education


• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience


• Experience supporting multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales + Service + Experience Cloud).


• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow orchestration, Data Loader, and change sets.


• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
