Position Summary
Require a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join as Senior Master Data Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the customer/product/vendor data accuracy, consistency and integrity of our Master data by identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of data cleansing, enrichment and standardization
  • Create and maintain master data records across various systems and database
  • Conducting data integrity checks
  • Create data upload files for different platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards.
  • Review and analyze datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates
  • Support in Creating and maintaining documentation related to Master data processes.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues/inconsistencies, Monitor data quality metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance data quality and integrity.
  • Provide training and support to end users on master data management.

Education

  • Masters in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry or other life science streams.

Experience

  • 4-5 Years experience on Master data management
  • Experience in ERP systems like SAP/Sage/Syspro
  • Working experience on SFDC CPQ

Functional/Technical Competencies & Skillsets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with master data module of ERP systems (Sage/SAP)
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles
  • Proficient with customer, product and vendor master data creation and maintenance process
  • Experience working data Cleansing/Harmonization
