Role Overview-

Pinkwall Group is looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategy-driven Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand identity and help us grow 10× faster than traditional real estate firms in Jaipur.

This role requires a high-energy professional who can lead both Digital and Offline (Traditional) Marketing, build innovative campaigns, and position Pinkwall as a top real estate brand in Rajasthan.

We are seeking someone who thinks beyond standard marketing, someone who can create new ideas, execute bold strategies, and drive fast, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities-

Brand Building & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a strong brand strategy to position Pinkwall as a premium real estate company.
  • Bring fresh, creative marketing ideas that differentiate us from competitors.
  • Build and scale Pinkwall's brand presence 10× faster through impactful campaigns.
  • Plan brand storytelling, communication tone, and identity across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and multi-channel platforms.
  • Improve lead generation funnels with creative ad concepts and high-converting strategies.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns, content plans, and reels.
  • Ensure proper tracking with GA4, UTM, and analytics dashboards.

Offline / Traditional Marketing

  • Plan and execute on-ground promotions, banners, hoardings, events, and site branding.
  • Coordinate offline campaigns such as print ads, radio ads, local marketing, and collaborations.
  • Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local marketing partners.

Creative Direction

  • Work closely with designers to create high-quality creatives, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
  • Develop fresh content ideas for online and offline media.
  • Oversee photography, videography, and brand shoots.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for execution.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track the performance of all campaigns and optimize them for better results.
  • Present weekly and monthly marketing reports to leadership.
  • Analyse competitor strategies and stay ahead in the real estate marketing landscape.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of pure marketing experience (digital + offline).
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven ability to build brand presence and execute creative campaigns.
  • Experience managing online ads, offline branding, events, and full-funnel strategies.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, move fast, and execute campaigns independently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in paid ads, social media, and traditional marketing.
  • Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work from Jaipur.
