Location: Bangalore, KA, IN
Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles—from frontline field staff to
core business functions
● Drive sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with efficiency and speed
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal
candidate profiles
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
● Ensure accurate and timely updates of candidate data in the ATS
● Deliver a consistent and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring
process
● Handle onboarding documentation and coordinate joining formalities for new hires

● Bachelor's degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
● 0-6 months of recruitment experience
● Good communication skills
