About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Web Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. The trainee will be trained and guided in building, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using modern web technologies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow into a professional web developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and work on front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, etc.)
  • Assist in back-end development using [PHP / / Python / Java – specify as per your company's stack]
  • Support in designing, coding, and modifying websites according to requirements.
  • Collaborate with the design and development team on live projects.
  • Debug, test, and maintain web applications for better optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, , Python, or Java – as per company needs).
  • Understanding of databases (MySQL, etc.).
  • Good problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Eligibility :

  • Recent graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of programming and web technologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
