Company Description

STEMForge Tech Labs is the Nodal Agency for skill development activities in the State, aiming to converge the efforts of various stakeholders including industries, industrial associations, training partners, sector skill councils, and assessment agencies. We ensures placement-oriented quality skill training by collaborating with both private and Government training partners. Our mission is to bridge the skill gap and equip the youth with industry-relevant skills.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Freelance Trainer, based on-site in Chennai. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of trainees. Daily tasks include preparing training modules, conducting on-site training sessions, assessing trainee performance, and providing feedback. The Freelance Trainer will also be responsible for staying updated with industry trends to ensure the relevancy of the training content.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with current industry trends and skill requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
