Role Description

Avasa Infratech is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team for an ongoing residential/commercial project in Gourelly. This role is ideal for an engineer ready to take ownership of site activities and grow within a fast-paced, quality-focused construction company.

Gourelly, Hyderabad (Near L.B. Nagar / Nagole)


Experience:
1–2 Years


Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site execution as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Manage site labour, coordinate with contractors, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain
    petty cash
    records and ensure timely submission of expenses.
  • Prepare and submit
    daily site progress reports
    with photos and material updates.
  • Monitor material consumption and assist in raising purchase requests.
  • Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained at the site.
  • Check formwork, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete works, masonry, and finishing activities.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager for planning, scheduling, and resolving on-site issues.
  • Verify measurements for subcontractor billing (basic level).
  • Assist in quality checks for concrete, mortar, curing, and workmanship.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of site experience
    in residential or commercial building projects.
  • Strong understanding of basic civil engineering concepts and site execution methods.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Applicants from nearby areas (L.B. Nagar, Nagole, Hayathnagar, B.N. Reddy, Uppal, etc.) are preferred
    for ease of commute to the Gourelly site.
  • Ability to manage labour and site tasks independently.
