Hiring multiple positions in AR Analyst / AR Callers for medical billing in US health Care Domain.

Position 1: AR Analyst

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Account Receivables.
  • Good Knowledge in Denial Management and Rejections.
  • Analyze claims in case of rejections.
  • Discover root causes for medical insurance claim denial, underpayment, or delay and propose resolutions.
  • Interact with the insurance rep to follow-up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayment.
  • Calling Insurances on claims resolutions and handling the denials for a closure
  • Prioritize unpaid claims for calling according to the length of time it has been outstanding
  • Plan and execute medical insurance claim denial appeal process

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical & resolution skills preferred.
  • Candidate should be willing to work in Night shift
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Should be thorough with all AR Cycles and AR Scenarios.
  • Should have worked on appeals, refiling and denial management.
  • Meet Quality and productivity standards.

Position 2: AR Caller / Insurance Calling

  • Minimum 1 year with relevant experience in US-based AR follow-up / AR Calling is preferred
  • Call insurance companies and check on patient eligibility and benefits, seek prior authorization approvals and the status of claims.
  • If the claim has already been paid, request for Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • Make corrections to the claim based on inputs from the insurance company
  • Interact with the US-based insurance carriers to follow-up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayment
  • Correspondence & Control log Maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Good organizational skills to implement timely follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Ensure accurate & timely follow up where required.
