We're seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drivethe evolution of our infrastructure and deployment processes. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be at theforefront of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. You will leverage your expertise in AWS,Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and CI/CD to streamline our development processes, ensure the reliability and scalability ofour systems, and drive the adoption of best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities:  Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.  Oversee Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and management of containerizedapplications.  Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery processes.  Manage and enhance ArgoCD configurations to support GitOps workflows, enabling automated andcontinuous deployment.  Utilize AWS Elastic Beanstalk for deploying and managing applications, ensuring high availability andperformance.  Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability andperformance.  Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align on requirements, troubleshoot issues,and continuously improve deployment processes.  Advocate for and implement best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management, drivingcontinuous improvement across the team.  Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring clear and effective communication within the team. Requirements Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.  Proven experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.  Hands -on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment and management of clusters.  Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools, with a focus on optimizing and automating workflows.  Proficiency in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies.  Strong problem -solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast -paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications:  AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).  Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.  Github actions experience nice to have.Benefits Perks and benefits Health insurance Hybrid working mode Provident Fund Parental leave Yearly Bonus Gratuity Years of experience: 2 years Location: Kolkata Full time
