We’re seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment processes. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. You will leverage your expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and CI/CD to streamline our development processes, ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems, and drive the adoption of best practices across the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery processes.
- Manage and enhance ArgoCD configurations to support GitOps workflows, enabling automated and continuous deployment.
- Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to align on requirements, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve deployment processes.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management, driving continuous improvement across the team.
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring clear and effective communication within the team.

**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment and management of clusters.
- Expertise in CI/CD practices and tools, with a focus on optimizing and automating workflows.
- Proficiency in ArgoCD and GitOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Github actions experience nice to have.
