Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Operations team. The role involves managing client retention, handling membership renewals, conducting weekly webinars, working on research and databases, and performing essential back-office tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, communication-savvy, and efficient in multitasking in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage membership renewals and maintain strong follow-up communication with members
  • Ensure client retention by maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Conduct weekly webinars for stakeholders, partners, or members
  • Perform research work to support client servicing and program development
  • Handle back-office operations, including documentation and internal coordination
  • Work with large databases, update records, and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operational support

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
