About the Role:
At MicroMitti, were not looking for salespeoplewe're building a league of real estate wealth creators. As a Wealth Manager, your mission is to introduce India's most credible co-investment model to those who shape capital: HNI and UHNI individuals, family offices, fund managers, and Category II AIF investors.
You will be responsible for driving high-quality investment closures into curated, appreciation-driven real estate assets—ensuring that serious capital finds serious land.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Investor Origination & Outreach:
Identify, approach, and pitch to HNI/UHNI investors, family offices, wealth firms, investment bankers, and AIF Cat-II fund managers. Build relationships through trust, market insight, and value-driven conversations. - Real Estate Investment Advisory:
Consult clients on MicroMitti's co-investment offerings, explaining structure, returns, exit planning, and the India Tier 2 growth story backed by land appreciation. - Client Meetups & Closures:
Conduct 25+ meaningful meetings per month—physical or virtual—with top-end investors and fund decision-makers. Take full ownership from interest to investment. - Portfolio Building & Cross-Selling:
Help investors diversify across MicroMitti's curated offerings: fractional units, SIP-based land models, institutional-grade real estate portfolios, and direct participation in development-linked assets. - CRM & Compliance Discipline:
Keep all interactions, documents, and pipeline status updated in CRM. Ensure full alignment with legal and compliance processes for fund flow and onboarding. - Feedback Loop & Market Intelligence:
Provide investor feedback to leadership and contribute to refining investment products and messaging. - 5–10+ years of experience in real estate investment sales, private banking, family office relationship management, AIF/VC fundraising, or alternate investment distribution.
- Deep understanding of investment psychology, real estate ROI cycles, and institutional-grade investor handling.
- A personal network of HNI/UHNI clients or prior exposure to fund managers and investment offices is a strong plus.
- You speak the language of returns, risk, IRR, capital cycles, and exits—with clarity and credibility.
- Entrepreneurial, ethical, self-driven—no micromanagement needed.
