Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead - Full Stack Developer , , ) role located in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead will oversee full-stack development projects, design and implement scalable applications, write clean and efficient code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role entails performing code reviews, optimizing application performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, resolve challenges, and contribute to the team's success.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of overall experience in Full Stack Development.

  • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux or Context API), and UI performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Proven experience in leading teams, managing sprints, and working in Agile environments.
