Managing end-to-end site operations incl. vessel handling & discharge, bagging operations and rake loading

Manage end-to-end site operations incl. container handling operations including documentation, bagging, bottling and dispatch

Ensure quality product is loaded and delivered to the customer by managing all operational aspects.

Represent Mosaic with Customs on a need to need basis.

Vetting of import documents, Custom duty calculation, vetting of checklist for filing BOE etc.

Manage all aspects of plant and port operations including bills, verification and compliance.

Conduct Physical Verification once every quarter in line with Mosaic operational practices.

Manage inventories of all packaging material including deliveries from packing vendors.

STN/ DC/ E-Way bill creation for Bulk and Biosciences

Maintaining daily & monthly reports

Monthly closing in SAP

Coordinate and follow-up with service providers/ transporters/ packing vendors.
