  • Identify and approach new companies for tie-ups and collaborations.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer visits.
  • Maintain database of recruiters, vacancies, and student placement records.
  • Align student skills with industry requirements through workshops and orientation sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between students, training teams, and employers.
  • Ensure placement targets and MoUs with industries are achieved.
  • Provide feedback from industry to improve curriculum and training programs
  • Ensure all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate performance.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for operational departments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Implement systems to monitor quality and initiate corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance objectives and business targets.

Candidate from Placement & Industry Tie-up ( Ed tech ) background will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
