Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a good foundation in mechanical design principles and be eager to grow their skills in concept development, manufacturing processes, and product testing.

Employment Type:
Full-Time, Work From Office

Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities and skills required:

· Assist in creating conceptual drawings based on project requirements.

· Support problem analysis and contribute to listing possible solutions.

· Good knowledge about Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

· Basic understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and common production processes.

· Ability to use CAD software (Siemens NX preferred) for creating 3D models and drawings.

· Understand the process flow from concept to testing using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.

· Familiarity with CAM basics and G-code fundamentals.

· Perform simulation and basic Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tasks under supervision.

· Contribute to documentation, design records, and simple test report templates.

· Awareness of relevant mechanical design standards.

· Mentor and guide junior engineers or interns as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· Minimum of 1 year of relevant mechanical design experience.

· Basic knowledge of Siemens NX or similar CAD software.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and standards.

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
