Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, specializing in
machine design
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems, machinery, and components using CAD tools and engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical systems, components, and machinery.
  • Create and modify 3D models, detailed drawings, and assembly layouts using
    SolidWorks / SolidEdge / AutoCAD
    .
  • Conduct feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, and R&D) to ensure design manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform calculations and simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Prepare documentation including technical reports, and design specifications.
  • Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting of machines.
  • Continuously improve designs to enhance performance, durability, and efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in
    machine design
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SolidWorks, SolidEdge, and AutoCAD
    .
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics or automation systems.
