Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:    

  • Monitoring & co-ordinate with all QA Activities & maintained all documentations require for IATF 16949, Feedback analysis (QPCR), MIS & KPI
  • Manage & track 8D & QPCR report for customer complaint, ensuring closure within defined deadline dates.
  • Conducting Morning Meeting, Red Bin meeting, Dock Audit, Process Audit & Part Audit regularly or as per Agenda
  • Monitoring Performance Charts on Quality Board. & prepare Presentations on various topics for Performance review meeting / Departmental / problem solving / Trainings etc.
  • Monitoring on Customer, in house as well as supplier's Audits & Closures.
  • Monitor Rejection PPM and make and adhere the action plans jointly with production team to improve quality of product & calculate CPQ for both in-house & At supplier's end.
  • Suppliers system and process audit to improve incoming (BOP) Quality. Assuring quality of product at vendor end by conducting regular audits.
  • Monitoring & Preparation of supporting documents for PPAP at supplier's End
  • Implementation of Lean manufacturing tool like 5S, Kaizen, POKA-YOKA, 3M, PDCA, KANBAN, RCA, OEE, SMED, 5-Why, CAPA action on External / Internal Rejection & Customer Complaints etc
