Job Description:

We are seeking some Fresh talent and an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team, specializing in US and Canada Travel Sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international travel bookings, excellent knowledge of Amadeus GDS, and strong communication skills to engage with US-based clients. This is a night shift role with attractive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for US travel customers and provide professional travel consultancy.
  • Plan, book, and confirm flights, hotels, cars, and holiday packages using Amadeus.
  • Provide accurate information regarding fares, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel policies.
  • Offer the best fare options and upsell additional travel services.
  • Manage customer queries, modifications, cancellations, and issue resolutions effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Requirements: ( For Experienced )

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales.
  • Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissuance, cancellations).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) ( for freshers )
  • Ability to work in a night shift (US timings).
  • Good problem-solving skills with customer-first attitude.
