About the Role :

- As an Oracle SQL Developer, you will be part of a Global Multinational carrier network for Voice, Mobile and IOT.

- Responsibility will include day-to-day monitoring and smooth running of the application.

- Production support in the event of issues. To be able to analyze, identify the root cause and fix it.

- Responsible for the detailed design and development of SQL. PL/SQL Application/ modules for the companys databases.

- Responsible for managing multiple technical development projects and providing guidance to other colleagues.

- Be independent and self-learn, confident and with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Database Objects to maintain the organizational data and maintain the integrity of the relational data.

- Design, document and implement Database procedures and complex queries to retrieve data for the different needs of the organization.

- Modify existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes.

- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of the database to the management system, or direct others in coding descriptions.

- Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.

- Review procedures in the database management system manuals for making changes to the database.

- Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate the time and cost required to accomplish the project.

- Provide production support.

- Excellent communication skills and being a team player.

Youll Bring :

- B Tech. in Computer Science or Engineering, or a Master's.

- Must be skilled at establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, function and physical attributes.

- 5+ years experience with Oracle Database Development, strong PL/SQL programming and performance tuning.

- 3+ years of experience in modelling Databases.

- Experience in working on all stages of projects: design, development, unit testing, UAT, production implementation and support.

- Experience with UNIX and scripting languages, K-Shell is a must. Experience in Groovy is a huge plus.

- APEX knowledge is a plus.

- Knowledge in the Telecom business is a plus

- Experience working with a wiki and Jira is a plus.
