Electromech Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Electromech Enterprise) has been a supplier of multi-technical services for over three decades in India. In providing these solutions, Electromech Infra works across the value chain from consulting, installation, and execution to maintenance in the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors. Electromech has successfully completed over 600 projects across multiple industries in India. Most recently, Electromech has forayed into the Turnkey Contracting space by providing an entire array of infrastructural, civil, and interior contracting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for handling and implementing ERP Software practices and processes (Inventory Management, Stock Management, Purchase, Accounting, Quality, and Document Management)

● Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and other technical documentation as needed

● Assist with the planning/management of assigned Projects

● Support and provide training to end-users for the implemented Projects

● Creating and maintaining Database, Data collection & analysis, Report/dashboard generation

● Responsible for coordinating with other departments

● Single point of contact for client and management

● Conduct research and extract data using tools and software efficiently, setting up process and trend analysis to add business value

Qualification & Preferred Skills:

● MBA is preferred / Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 or more years of experience

● Knowledge of ERP, HRMS, and CRM Software will be an added advantage

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Sound Knowledge of Google workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel, Outlook, and MS Word

● Candidates from service industries preferred

● Sound knowledge of IT Functions is a must

● Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects

● Analytical thinking, Innovation, Problem- solving skills Employment
