Position Overview

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational processes related to co-lending activities, both in the secured and unsecured lending segments. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless collaboration with co-lending partners and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Strategy:
    1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for co-lending operations that aligns with the company's overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
    2. Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  2. Team Leadership:
    1. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing co-lending operations team.
    2. Set clear performance objectives, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.
    3. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

within the team.

  1. Process Optimization:
    1. Streamline and standardize co-lending processes to ensure consistency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
    2. Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  2. Partnership Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate closely with co-lending partners, fintechs, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
    2. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
  3. Risk Management:
    1. Work in conjunction with the risk and compliance teams to monitor and manage operational risks associated with co-lending activities.
    2. Implement robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  4. Quality Control and Compliance:
    1. Ensure that co-lending operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.
    2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain a high level of operational quality and compliance.
  5. Reporting and Analytics:
    1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to monitor and report on operational performance.
    2. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. At least 14 years of experience in operations leadership roles within the financial services industry, with a strong background in co-lending.
  3. Proven track record of optimizing operational processes and achieving efficiency gains.
  4. Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance in lending operations.
  5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
