Key Responsibilities: * Advanced Data Collection & Management: * Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).* Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through validation, cleaning, and reconciliation processes.* Manage and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., SQL databases, NoSQL databases, data lakes).* Reporting & Visualization: * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar.* Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.* Automate reporting processes where possible.* Business Acumen & Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work closely with business stakeholders (marketing, product, finance, operations) to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical questions.* Present findings and insights to senior management, influencing strategic decisions.* Act as a subject matter expert for data-related inquiries within their domain.* Tooling & Technical Proficiency: * Expertise in SQL for complex data querying, manipulation, and database management.* Familiar in at least one programming language for data analysis, such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn) or R.* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
