Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
  • Integrate AWS services for application hosting, storage, and other necessary cloud functionalities.
  • Utilize PostgreSQL for efficient data management and optimization.
  • Develop RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications with backend services.
  • Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Implement unit testing and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Ensure application security and data protection measures are in place.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Document software specifications, system configuration, and development processes.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, and associated frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient in unit testing and using testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  • Prior experience in software architecture and design is advantageous.
