Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure daily work progress as per plan.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Ensure quality control through regular inspections and 600+ quality checkpoints.
  • Manage labor teams, material usage, and stock availability on-site.
  • Maintain site reports, measurements, and daily progress updates.
  • Handle finishing work supervision tiles, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.
  • Ensure Vaastu compliance, structural safety, and design accuracy as per company standards.
  • Ensure on-time completion of all tasks with adherence to project deadlines.
  • Maintain client communication and feedback coordination during site visits.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in residential or commercial building construction
  • Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing work, and structural quality
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings (AutoCAD)
  • Should have handled independent site supervision and team coordination
  • Excellent understanding of materials, measurements, and quantity calculations
  • Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and quality-oriented
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority
