2. Design & Drafting

  • Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or SolidWorks) to produce detailed drawings and 3D models.
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing.

3. Material & Finish Selection

  • Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and textiles based on design, durability, and cost.
  • Ensure materials meet safety, sustainability, and quality standards.

4. Prototyping & Testing

  • Work with craftsmen or manufacturers to build prototypes.
  • Evaluate prototypes for functionality, aesthetics, ergonomics, and durability.
  • Revise designs based on testing and feedback.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with clients, interior designers, architects, and manufacturers.
  • Present designs and explain concepts clearly in meetings or presentations.

6. Trend & Market Research

  • Stay updated with industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies.
  • Incorporate trends while maintaining brand identity or client requirements.

7. Project Management

  • Oversee the design process from concept to final product delivery.
  • Ensure designs are completed on time and within budget.

8. Quality Control

  • Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Inspect finished furniture pieces to confirm they match design specifications.

9. Documentation

  • Maintain records of designs, revisions, material specs, and client feedback.
  • Prepare catalogs or portfolios for marketing and client presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
